This concept has been a reoccurring theme in my life since a young age.

Time and time again it returns, facing life and its many forms. Each time, I am stronger when tragedy comes and healthier when comedy does.

And sometimes, I find myself stuck in a dark room with tragedy.

And sometimes in a dark room with comedy.

I am both of them, every day. One lurking in the dark waiting patiently for the other to return to hibernate.

This print is #1 of my new series, Comedy Vs. Tragedy. Its my take on two forms, light and dark, abstract but clear, sitting there, waiting for the day to come.
